Receptor Logic's T-Cell Receptor mimic monoclonal antibodies (TCRm) recognize specific and individual Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC-complexes) peptide complexes, thereby allowing soluble reagents to identify diseased cells with great specificity. The binding of the TCRms to MHC-peptide complexes allows researchers to measure peptide antigen expression on diseased cells, monitor the immune response of individuals, and in concert with the body's immune system, directly control and eliminate the diseased cells. These capabilities offer a modality that can simultaneously assist in disease diagnosis and patient qualification, while also acting as a therapeutic agent.
